Terms of Use

Last updated 20 October 2026

These terms apply to aaims-edu.org, its country sites, and the AAIMS applicant and student portal (together, the “site”), operated by the All American Institute of Medical Sciences (“AAIMS”), 30 Shortwood Road, Kingston 8, Jamaica. By using the site you agree to them. If you enrol, your enrolment agreement and the AAIMS student handbook also apply and take priority over these terms where they differ.

Information on the site

We work to keep programme, admissions, tuition and intake information accurate, but it can change. The offer letter, enrolment agreement and published academic policies in force at the time are what bind AAIMS and you. Recognition of an AAIMS degree for licensure is decided by each country’s medical licensing authority, not by AAIMS — check with that authority, and ask admissions for the current position in writing, before you rely on it.

Your account

  • Give accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Tell us straight away at info@aaims.edu.jm if you think someone else has used it.

Applications and documents

Everything you submit with an application — transcripts, certificates, statements and other documents — must be genuine and your own. We verify documents, and we may refuse, withdraw an offer, or end enrolment if information is false or misleading.

Fees and payments

Tuition and fees are quoted in US dollars. The reservation deposit and semester charges, and how refunds work, are set out in your offer and enrolment agreement. Card payments are processed by Stripe.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • access accounts, records or parts of the portal you are not authorised to use;
  • try to probe, disrupt or overload the site, or get around its security;
  • upload malware, or content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights;
  • share other students’ or patients’ personal or clinical information outside the purpose it was given for;
  • scrape the site or use automated tools to submit forms.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Course materials and content

The AAIMS name and logo, and the content and course materials on the site, belong to AAIMS or its licensors. Enrolled students may use course materials for their own study; please don’t republish or sell them.

Not medical advice

Content on the site is educational and is not medical advice for any individual. Do not rely on it in place of care from a qualified health professional.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site available and secure but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, AAIMS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Links to other sites

Links to other websites, including our clinical partners and WhatsApp, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica have jurisdiction. We may update them; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: info@aaims.edu.jm.
